Dunno Jimmy, I haven't done a new build or house bashing for a while now, apart from the odd new build small extension.
Talking to a mate yesterday who I used to paint with years ago and he says his bloke is doing bucket loads of new homes in Ashford Kent. He probably doing homes owned for the ex-teacher who owns most of Ashford's new build properties :001_rolleyes:
He says some sites are only letting the painters in when the home is sold, which is fair enough.

Will you put me up somewhere nice, or will I be sleeping on site? Of course, I will be billing you for either :001_tt2:
